With over 20 years experience in teaching cookery Cucina Valentina caters for everyone from the beginner to the enthusiastic amateur and professionals – all are welcome. My carefully crafted programmes, taught within a relaxed and fun atmosphere, include a combination of both hands-on classes and demonstrations, using local produce and exploring regional specialities.
